It' All Good (Surgery)

His surgery was scheduled for last Friday, I took some pictures of the snow as we were leaving and this is the only one that came out.  There was snow on our side streets as we were leaving town, but the freeway and highways to Wenatchee were all clear.  His appointment was at 1:30 which meant that his surgery didn't start until some time after 3:30.
This picture is of Glenn, just before he went back for surgery prep.
Here he is waiting not too patiently for his number to be called.
Surgery went well and here it is Monday and Glenn has no pain or discomfort from the "Port".  His scares are healing nicely.  We feel blessed that everything went well and there were no complications from his surgery!!!

I am glad to hear things are going well. We have our faith and hope pointed in that direction!

As for the journey home, I'm glad you found the calm and focus you needed to make it home safely. There's an allegory in there you know. :)

So very glad you are keeping all of in touch. Glenn is remarkable. Yes...he certainly has lost weight..I wish I could give him LOTS of mine as I need to get rid of lots!! But talk about miracles: Glenn and the test results, you being able to get home in that kind of weather and the most beautiful feeling that attended you as you drove. It brought tears to my eyes as I read your time in Wenatchee and home. Nothing feels better than ones own home...that also was good medicine for Glenn. Hugs to both of you and always remember that we love you.
