Quick update on that guy of mine!

Monday we saw the Dr.  Glenn's marker went from 11.3 to 11.2, just a wee drop, but we'll take it.  He is feeling great, lovin' life.  Monday was a glorious day, he just had to go golfing, so he called a friend and had a great time.  He is going again tomorrow!  Tuesday we went to the temple in the Tricities with some friends.  Today we went to Spokane to see his brother Sam who had surgery.  So you can see, he is doing very well.  He remains positive and I think he does a great job of taking care of himself.  He takes chemo by pill for supposedly two weeks on and one week off.  By the 11th day on, his side effects are so bad, which show that the liver has had enough, so he can't go the full 14 days.  The side effect is 'neuropothy' which is sore hands and feet.  He is also not supposed to get exposed to too much sun.  I never have to remind him to take his pills.  I should remind him to put on sunscreen (if only I could remember), but he has a good excuse for not doing it...don't ask...
Bottom line...he is doing great!
